Immunohistochemical staining of horizontal nerve sections distal to the silicone tube conduit with MBP/DAPI. There was a significant increase in myelination in NH2-GO and Fr + NH2-GO marked by increased intensity of the fluorescent marker. The intensity of MBP positive area in the photomicrographs was analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey test multiple comparison.
